The drawing room is tastefully decorated with antique and unusual furniture. There is a large fireplace and bay windows that overlook the gardens. Enjoy a crackling log fire on winter days. There are plenty of board games to play and books to peruse. Feel the tensions just float away as you relax in the calm ambience.


Every mealtime is an occasion...
Our dining room is a spacious, elegant non-smoking room that can seat 50 guests. It has five metre high steel pressed ceilings, a built in dresser, a huge fireplace, polished yellowwood floors and large sash windows which overlook the gardens. There is an exquisite mural on one wall, painted by well known artist Paddy Starling(1996). The tables are beautifully set with starched linen and polished silverware. Our meals are table d’hote (rather than a la carte).

The Ghekko Bar at Calderwood Hall is fully licenced and stocks a full range of beers, wines, spirits, shooters, coolers and soft drinks so no alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
